Day 91

WOW.
It's been a month since my last post. What a slacker, huh? Yes, indeed I am. Oh well, at least I'm back and making a second effort, right? Over the last month, I did run a few times, but I failed to record my progress on the blog. So instead of this blog being "Day 130 something," I just decided to title it Day 91 so that I can continue along with the progress I had made before. I feel the effects of not exercising consistently for the past month. I feel sluggish, tired and lack energy. All in all, I'm not too happy with the way I feel.  And once you stop exercising, I've noticed how hard it is to get back on the program. I ended up making excuse upon excuse.

BUT NO MORE!

I ran today and it felt good. Although I'm likely to feel sore tomorrow, I think I'll be pleased knowing that I made the effort to exercise. So I encourage you, get off your butt and get moving!

you will be pleased to know that i have been working out once a day- every day for about 8 weeks. i did take a few days off here and there when i was sick or i would say 10 weeks :) i was pleasantly surprised to find i could fit into some clothes that had been a wee too tight for a long time. pressing onwards....
